IPCAS has its base in Mysore and has a dedicated team of professionals holding expertise in the area of pest control services. The constant endeavour of our organisation is to rid of rodents and pests and ensure hygiene and well-being in the client premises. We achieve this motto by a twofold approach. Our services cater to a wide range of premises ranging from homes to residential complexes/apartments, commercial shopping establishments, malls, mass storages/storage yards, hotels and resorts, hospitals and factories. Our specialisation in the field of fumigation makes us one of the few organisations equipped with know-how and technology to fumigate kitchens, cooking areas and OTs in hospitals. Our Methodology of work: - Our personnel visit the client site for a pre-inspection to assess the existing problem and then chalk out a program to disinfest the area of the pests identified. Preventive measures to be taken by the client are briefed. According to the customer’s convenience and readiness, a treatment schedule is drafted, and approval is received. The area under treatment is cordoned, and treatment is carried out by our technicians using all proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). In the case of industries and organisations with a formal setup, we interact with the facilities management team and the EHS team to avail clearance by submitting the MSDS of the chemicals used by us for the treatment. We wholly comply with the work permit systems in force in the client premises to ensure safe work practices. Our credentials and expertise: - IPCAS registered with the board of central excise and customs to provide services for providing pest control services under the category of cleaning services.IPCAS is licensed under The Insecticides Act 1968 by the Government of Karnataka to stock restricted insecticides to provide pest control treatment.IPCAS is registered vendor with the Indian Railways for providing Rodent and Pest control services for trains operating in Southern Railway zone.IPCAS is manned with experts trained in Fumigation, prophylaxis and pest management techniques for stored products at Central Food Technological Research Institute, a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi.IPCAS uses non-toxic and eco-friendly chemicals that are colourless and odourless for pest treatment causing no harm to the health and life of human beings.
