"I got an excellent response from this Scope Refrigeration, Indira Nagar. In my IFB Convection type microwave oven having some issue so contacted this service centre. They responded quickly and 2 technicians came to my house. They were replaced with a new metal plate within half an hour and now its working good. They have collected me Rs.250 for a spare part and separately charged Rs.250 as visiting charges, which is very reasonable. I am satisfied with their service."
