Extremely unprofessional and incompetent Visa Agent who took 22,500 as Visa charges for 1 year for my family but after taking payment became unresponsive. After lot of follow-ups, they started UK Visa for my family but put an Intern / Inexperienced person (Ms Ratna) to do documentation and due to extremely bad & incomplete documentation, the Visa was denied. Even the UK Visa & Immigration team confirmed that Visa denial was due to documentation submitted. I lost another 61,000 due to the inefficient and unprofessional service of MyTravelBuddy and Mr Vanshidhar. They are only focused on expanding their network and will not respond in a timely manner, have no experience and will cause you to loose money on Visa charges. I am feeling cheated by such a Agency and have filed a Consumer forum court case against them so deal with them at your own risk and if you want to experience a worst experience and loose your money.
