Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior

Have started services from Sept 2022. House help was provided in Sept 2022 . In June 2023 the house help just walked aways. And there was no replacement given. We are promised 3 free replacements. But Ms. Shikha just stopped responding . In Sept 2023 I again contacted her. Now she picked up my call and was very nice and provided a house help. Claimed that house help is 36 years old but actually the house help is 47 years old. But since it was Sept month and month of renewal She gave me services so that she can again take money from me. Inspite of paying 18000 to this help i had to employ a cook as she doesnt know how to cook. Ms. Shikha doesnt bother to pick up your calls . Have posted review in Google as well as Just dial this morning... So i got a call from Ms. Shikha in the evening and abused me too.. Please be aware of Ms. Shikha .

Charged Without Providing Service

Hired supposedly an experienced Nanny for our 1 month old twins, after her joining & paying Shikha the service+registration fees of 28k, we realised every information provided about the househelp was fake, she had zero nanny experience & total househelp experience of 2 months, her adhaar card was fake & because of her lack of knowledge & constant lying, our child was hospitalised in NICU. Shikha was unavailable & refused to pick up our calls while we asked the Helper to leave, she took no responsibility for any of the lies nor provided us with any replacement or refund. Its been 2 months we are still waiting for replacement or refund for 9 day service provided by them. Shikha continues to come up with excuses or share profile of helpers with no child care experience. Please don't get conned by them. Its a scam
