Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Extremely bad costumer service, things doesn't arrive as promised many things arrived damaged and late. They took our goods at a Saturday evening and promised to reach safely by sun morning at our inquiry first then changed sunday evening while they were taking our goods but arrived monday morning only. The vehicle was said to be broken down in the middle of the journey and only informed about that after tons of calling the owner and then answered by the driver also the vehicle in which they boarded our goods was different from what was told only after we saw and asked they replied to change the vehicle at their office, it was not mentioned earlier. We were not informed when our goods were shifted to other vehicle or started moving. Even during their survey there was no physical bill or note of items only during the packing that too we were said to count the boxes and mention all the things in a paper .The LLR was only sent in the WhatsApp. No feedback for our damages,careless reply.

Beware.. this is not a direct movers & packer, Chennai Packers deal transportation.They have promised me something and has not delivered the same. The biggest problem is they never return your calls nor even pick your calls. Constant lie with vehicle status. Very bad customer experience with vehicle transportation. Without bargaining, paid the bill whatever I was charged. From then it's all given to Chennai Packers for transportation. So I had to one side deal with Chennai Packers and jeyam Packers never responded to my calls. Very bad experience so far. Almost 20 calls I have made between Chennai Packers, location branch and jeyam Packers. Still waiting for a solution from either of them

Very worst, he committed one amount while booking and later he says more amount and says I never agreed, this kind of bookings should have been a written confirmation or email stating that Jobe details and amount to be paid, so that we can avoid such fake promises, Jeyam Packers is the worst and they cheated in the last minute, now I need to look for some other Packers. Poor service!

Optimised this packers services to shifted my household items from Mudichur to Ambattur. Their service was extraordinary as there was no damage and they did the service well. They charged me around 5500 for shifting charge. Delighted to avail service here.

Recently I have taken the service from Jeyam Packers & Movers, Mogappair West to move my complete household items within the city from Kolathur to Ponniammanmedu within 1 Km distance on 23rd of August. Their approach is professional and they explained all the details very well regarding the service and charges. They did the packing well and delivered the items without any damages. They quoted me Rs. 5000 for the complete service including transportation, packing, and labour charges. I am happy with the service delivered by this vendor.
