Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

They don’t have any profiles …. It’s waste of time normal unpaid services also have Sam eprofiles after 5 days I asked them for 60% refund very politely but they shouted on me .. total waste of money

I agree with vinuthna the same thing happened with me. I paid to this matrimony two times in 2 years but no use. They match with the non suitable matches and there is no special difference between telugu matrimony free sites and this paid site. Not at all worth unless you are a VIP. They give best services only to their profiles. Think before paying incase you want to go for it. All their staff are not qualified to this match making. They are arrogant and match profiles which only they want to match no matter how many times you tell them. Paid for the second time hoping it would be good. Now im regretting the money i wasted here. :(

It has been so disappointing with this service, please don't go with rating.it is not at all good service.we registered here and we didn't get any response from the matrimony .we regret now for registering .

Firstly teach your staff how to talk with customers.I seriously regret enrolling with your matrimony.I have seen few other matrimonial sites this is worst one.Unfortunately 3 of our family members registered with your site and every ones response is the same.If i would have know before i would never gone to your site.Since 2 years we are giving funds to your site.I have not seen you fixing a single match since couple of years.Your staff members are seriously arrogant and recommended matches which you send was really awful.Every time when we call different member will pick the call and answer rashly(i think its kaakateeya matrimony style)I would definitely warn any other not to enroll with your site.
