Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Very worst service .They dont even know the problem and now the thing is after 15 days even they say it's still not ready as no item .I would insist not to give to this showroom in mathikere

The service is too bad. Really a bullshit. The people over there don't even know about mechanics of pulsar 200ns. Today i took my bike for just putting two nuts and bolts for the underbelly silencer. I was the first to reach there for service. They asked me to come at 5pm in the evening. When i went there back at 5:30 pm to take my back they suddenly started to do some chain loobing and then took for a test. The total bill came was 2k. But they haven't put those 2 nut and bolts. When i enquired about it they said they forgot to do it. Very irresponsible people. Very bad response against customers. And my bike ran about 74km extra. I don't know where they have taken it to

I have given my bike avenger for service yesterday. But while giving back they have not done wat we have told. Afer the vehicle is ready they r not sending messages. They have giventhe bike delivery without the bill and they have not given change for me. Wat is dis this is the service u r giving ah.?? Very bad kalyani motors mattikere

I have given my bike service but they returned my bike without water service ask me to come 2 days later but after 2 days once again they ask me to come after 2 day only because water service boy is not there but they took whole service price from me. very delay in service.

This service centre helped me in renewing my bike insurance policy. They charged me around Rs.1200 as the renewal charge. I also received my documents on time. I am gratified.

I'm glad with the service which I had from the Kalyani Bajaj since I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar bike 150CC with the charges of Rs,80k along with the road tax and everything I would like to thank them for delivering the bike on time.
