Xenon digital invertor 800 VA purchased in sept 2016 with 2 yr warantee. I had gone to purchase sukam but they recommend ed this one. In Feb 2018 it stopped working . I took the invertor to his shop they did not replace . Only lodged complaint at toll free no. The company called me & refused to repair/ replace the invertor & told that no warantee is available on this product. Don't know which product the have sold to me.

Here in Dilshad Garden we faces acute shortage of power during exterme summer and winter. Therefore, to get rid off this problem I got the inverter insalled in my house and purchased the same from Kapoor Battery Inverter. They did good job and offered best work by making sure best installation there.
