Several phone calls but not responding Mr Himadri. Modular kitchen doors hang, drawers out from tray within a month. Gave assurances his service after completion work but no Responsibility.

This is to inform you that we got a modular kitchen made by Karukarjo , Bow Bazar Kolkata, Owner name is Mr Himadri Auddy. The work was completed with great difficulties due to lack of efficiency in the month of March 2019. It's now just hardly 1 months and the lamination of doors/ cupboards. And screws have come off. First he earn my trust by saying of quality work and shows some picture of his work, though he is charging very high but promised that he will provide us best material. The person himself is very much arrogant and inefficient. He has taken almost a month to complete my work which was told hardly 15days work. Moreover we have released 80% payment on the initial stage. Though we had to compromise with material used for making this kitchen. We have asked for a supervisor also as we found that the labours are not very hard worker and they were just killing times by gossiping everyday. I can say that he doesn?t have any professional knowledge on Modular kitchen.

Pathetic professionalism by Karukarjo interiors. It's been a year since our interior work started and till date it has not completed. I am repenting hiring them and since we have paid him 75-80% of the interior cost, we are stuck up and reaching nowhere. Please beware of such so called interior designers who lack experience and expertise to finish the projects undertaken by them. Since we found their reference on Sulekha we trusted that they would be genuine . But sorry to say we have lost faith.
