He is not a engineer, first he mark 400 sq ft. as 150*400=60000/-. And then mark 344.50 as 55000/-. After three days in front of me he marked and draw in paper 385 sq. Ft.. after finished the work 150 sq. Ft. Balance as he Measured the first time. I have all his quotation in my what's app. Please take action or most of them will lost thier properties, etc., Communication 4/5 responsiveness 1/5 good price 1/5 ontime services 5/5 Service Quality 1/5

Better ask for his education certificate as he always claiming himself as architect but you ll not see anything worth in his work Money minded Commission looter Poor quality of service Poor technical skills Always he ll Concentrate on money only So better do some ground work before choosing him
