Services really pathetic V order cook top sunflame n same day when they delivered i told that defected product because coating near nob was removed at 2 places Staff of store said that u use product v will replace piece next day n also that v should have ordered some other model as it has powder coating which will eventually peal off Next day at end they responded said that will ask sunflame people to come check what the problem Then after 2 days sunflame person came said that v wont replace whole burner instead would change plate v said no n then had word with shop owner n he mentioned that we used the product so cant do anything nw 1 side he said use burner i will replace whole product next day n then he refused they pick burner from home said v will get new piece in half hour from godown which in Punjabi bagh After 3hrs i asked where new piece they said v in service center n people not ready 2 replace Owner said 300 I earned 4m burner 600 he spent on petrol for us 2 visit sunflame
