From what i have personally experienced i would never recommend anyone to procure the service of brickandbolt , worst experience , quality is worst , if you are not checking daily then you will not know anything these people will reduce the quantities in cement and steel and fool us in so many ways . If we raise a issue with brickand bolt they keep blaming others like for example there is labours mastry contractor , site engineer , project manager all keep blaming each other no solution for customer hence ultimately your building will suffer , no one will take ownership in brickandbolt right from top tp bottom all keep blaming others and its really hectic no peace of mind . again if u want your house to be built with you wanting to inspect anything then its fine but quality wise service wise , all i can say is i wish i didnt opt for service of brickandbolt

I can tell you dont go to this firm for any kind of services, most unprofessional and unethical. They asked for 60%Advance to buy material brought half material. Did a day work and took 30%.So u paid 90% and now you are at his mercy. He wont answer call gives voice messages and then give silly reasons. Dont trust him. My work isnt completed and not sure if it completes.my house warming date is approaching and this guy wont answer call. Reasons he give are even pathetic and never ever go for him.now i am struck with this guy but dont want others to suffer. He ruined all our excitement of new home with this behaviour. Dont go by rating thats utter paid ratings.

This company is total fraud. Afzel Shah Farooqui(primary)/Shakib & Meraj Ahmad(accomplices) of Humara Pariwar Constructions convinced me for high quality residential construction. Embezzled Rs 12 Lakh I provided in advance (somehow even I myself find it hard to believe). Beware of these guys, very good at persuasion. Mounts big piles of false promises with 0 delivery. They claim the site of others as their own. Arranged all material in credit from local vendors, didn't provided any wages to the labours (There is an FIR regarding the same). Even after 3 months he couldn't even deliver the tie beam. Had to terminate the contract and file of civil suite because of time loss, continuous threats from labours and vendors. All of these guys are no professional but just small time gangsters. Still receive threat calls for them and their associates. ?Do not fall for any PDC for security against payment made. ?PS: This just a very short glimpse of a very long story

Good Service!!! I am renovating my old kitchen to modular kitchen through Divine Interio, North Dumdum. Along with renovating, I have also taken their service for remodeling the walls and fitting doors and windows. Almost three fourth of the work is over. They are using granite material and has charged Rs 130000. Three people were their for extending walls and fitting the doors and there are four people for kitchen furnishing work. I have paid Rs 70000 and rest, once the work is over. They are doing their work nicely, but they have delayed the work, so, little disappointment, as they agreed to finish the work by December 18. Anyway, I am satisfied with their service

Beware! Its a Fraud Company! We had the misfortune of assigning them the contract for our corporate office renovation. They would make tall promises, later use utmost low quality materials, poor project handling and overall a very shabby work. We had to get the entire thing re-done from some other company. And once their job is done, they wouldn't be even available to answer you. Infact, after repeated follow-ups they turned hostile and abusive, including the top management. An utterly unprofessional, inexperienced and fraudulent firm with a very bad market reputation. Met many others like me later on who had the same experience like us. Hope had met them earlier, would have saved us the stress! We have heard they don't pay up their suppliers as well and deny them of their payment in the end. Stay away from this firm if you love your hard earned money and peace of mind whether you are a client or a supplier.
