my father was treated for prostate cancer , his treatment looks like massive improvment , but the span of life will increased for 3 to 4 months. if your age is 60+ don't take his medicine , he is giving high dosage medicine and make him to control for a limited period , but the cancer growth is not stopping by his medicine but within the time he will bag the lumpsum money when you look up his cleanness of hospital , no body will say it is hospital , no clean toilet , no water , no clean air , all the rooms will have dust, won't believe , we cleaned our room when we stay this is becos he is giving low salary for the staff becos of this they are working on that limit may or may not be doctor know managment part my humble suggestion is if your age is below 50 and your stage is 1 or 2 , you can his medcine , or else leave it off , let them have peaceful life if it cross ,, don't spend and made him to suffer and you also suffer
