I' ve submitted my claim on 30th march now it's 16th april kps services visited my home 3times but my ac is not repaired and 4th time on 8th april i've recieved a call from kps services technician mr.kamal he call me and say i am coming to took ur cooling coils and condensor coil to take to my office kps service he come and take my coils on 8th april now today is 16th april i'll call kps services daily and they says from 10th april they give me excuses on daily basis on saturday 14th april i'll call bajaj allianz service center and tell them whole thing and tbey say take them on conference and on conference kps services manager say on sunday 15th april in any condition ur AC will get repaired but on sunaday my ac is not repaired and they are not picking up my call from my registered mobile number and if i call them from another number they will pick up my call very bad service of kps services i am putting case against kps services and bajaj allianz on this company

Pathetic service provided by them for AC service.Too much charged by them and ac is not working within a month of service provided.Charge money in every visit even in warranty.
