Unprofessional Behavior

I am visiting the parlour since 2007, the employees are good as I know everyone since long. The manager named Trishna is very rude with all the employees working in the salon and even with the customers. She looks very frustrated and angry all the time . As a result the working environment of the salon remains very disturbed. She must be trained well enough to maintain harmony with colleagues while working. As customers do not take services for free, she must greet them humbly. She must also keep in mind that social media can bring the salon a significant amount of customers, but a bad review could also damage the brand's reputation.

the parlour is too descent and best atmosphere, the customers can enjoy various services like hair cut, perming, hair colouring, manicure and many more.
