Totally avoid. Came home, broke parts of my AVR in front of my eyes. Had no clue of what he was doing and red flag was when he used a heat gun sitting in my house as a ‘blower’ to blow off dust. Wouldn’t leave house after al of this without money. We had to pay for him to just leave.

Horrible guy! He took my home theatre a week back promising to repair within a day, but has not returned it yet. He is now making ridiculous excuses ranging from ,"it's repaired but my shop assistant did not turn up today" to " the part I purchased blew up".... That too in chronological order. Do not touch this guy unless you have money and appliances to waste.

Approached this service centre to repair our Samsung LED TV as there was some audio issue. The person came from this centre responded us very well and rendered a good service. He informed us that some of the major parts needs to be replaced in the TV to get it ready, so we planned to proceed it with direct Samsung company. We paid him Rs.150 for the service and we are satisfied with his service.

I am really very disappointed by your shop.I recently serviced my Home theater and it was just not right. It was terribly serviced and a complete waste of money. When I went back to complain, this guy raj singh was very rude to me

Don't dare to call Leaser Point Electronics, it will be completely waste of time and money. He gives the product to third party to fix your issue and earn the commission. He picked up my home theatre on Oct 2017 from my home. Since i was not having change i paid him 2000 / - and told him that will settle with my final charges. He was suppose to provide me the home theatre in a weeks time. But he didn't return my DVD player for 2 months. After calling him number of times, either he used to disconnect or it was switched off. After tracking his address from his visiting card, he gave my DVD player in Jan 2018 which was bought from grey market. Later he kept on telling me that it was mine. Lost trust from any vendors on sulekha.com. Better you should block such vendors from your website. Don't spoil your reputation. Contact me at amit.l.maru@gmail.com
