Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Did not provide a reliable maid in the stipulated time. She promised to refund the initial downpayment ( which is a huge amount of money) but never gave back the money. It's been 5 months she had been lying and saying i will return but she did not. Very very unprofessional, unreliable and i got stuck with her because i payed her the whole amount at the beginning because i trusted her. Very disappointed

She has cheated us badly.....

Terrible experience. AVOID. Sangita Salve provided an inexperienced and lazy bai for my baby. When asked for replacement, she started avoiding my calls and messages. I have suffered a lot because of that. Only after multiple calls and messages, she sent a profile of a replacement. However, I am yet to be able to speak to her since her phone is switched off. Looks like Sangita is only interested in getting initial commission and then does not care a damn about customer's requirement for a replacement. THOROUGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. When I called from an alternate contact number, only then she picked up the phone. Further, she thinks she is right in her way of operating and had no respect for the way she spoke to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Also, if you ever come across the bai Bharti Shetty - don't hire her. Dated - 24 Aug 2020
