horrible horrible service. the project manager has no idea what’s happening with the project. they took 1 whole year for the commissioning of our AC. we had to call N number of times and beg and chase them as if they’re doing us a favour. they are very rude- if you’re a woman and you try to stand up to them, they cut the call on your face. extremely disrespectful. they don’t send the technicians on time. horribly service and really horrible people.

Recently I bought a new Lloyd 1 ton Slipt AC from this dealer for my Residential purpose. The cost of that AC was 24000.and 400 for installation charges. Total I paid 24400.they gave me one year warranty for service. the management & salesperson response was not good. Overall, I'm displeased with their response.

Recently I bought a new Reliance reconnect 1.5-ton ac from this dealer for my Residential purpose. The service of the vendor was very customer oriented since they had many varieties with them in various price ranges. the approaches also very good to customers, The cost of that ac was 26000 and they gave me 3 years warranty .they safely delivered it to my home and done the installation for that I paid 1000. I am happy with this dealer.
