Fridge purchased on 12/2/2024. The fridge was not at standing. It's stand has been broken. We have lodged a complaint. But still now, no action has been taken by them.

Booked a rBosch refrigerator 559 ltrs on 30th dec 2023 and till 11th Jan 2023. Sales staff Mr Vijay of Viveks T Nagar promised delivery in 7 days. But after booking order there was no response from the said guy. Finally a lady called back and told it would take another 2 weeks to deliver. Finally I was forced to make noise at their dealership for them to cancel the order and refund the amount refund took another 7 days. So these guys are just booking orders with out any stock and there is no service or solution provided by the dealer. No customer focus. Several years ago there service were great. But no a days there services are pain to customer and no one is responsible and they just manhandle the customer you need to run post to pillar to get your amount refunded. Very bad service

I ordered a whirlpool single door refrigerator on Dec 29 2022 and the product was delivered with dent, we requested replacement and replacement reached very late and it was more dented than the older one, they took the other fridge and left this unpacked in our house saying we will get replacement the next day. But when we call both Vasanth and Co and whirlpool for proper replacement they are saying it will take 10 working days along with no proper response, are we supposed to be without fridge for as long as they wish? We paid full amount for the product in the showroom. This is completely unacceptable, worst experience in Vasanth and Co and whirlpool, this is consuming a lot of our time and involves our depression too. Require the replacement asap, please consider the necessities of your customers. Worst experience ever.

I bought new whirlpool fridge past January 2022 in avadi Giriyas.it is not in proper working condition now .i registered my compliment about it lots of time. Service boys came and can't rectify that problem.at last they r permit for me the replacement.but still am waiting for that.. Giriyas only will take this issues and slove it as soon as possible
