Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Horrible ambience. full of files and dust everywhere. Staff donot attend to customers at all. Request LIC Chairman to visit the branch

Day by Day when we are adopting advance technologies, WHY IS LIC LACKING? Basic requirement Don't You have ppl to answer phone call or receptionist to handle phone. Their is lot of unemployment give a job of phone operator to some needy.
