The engineer came to my place and did all the required servicing and at last suggested me how to keep the purifier more safe and good. I paid Rs2000 as service charges."

I purchased a chimney from him he himself installed it rather installing by faber technician. The installation not done right. Plus now faber company is not giving me any guarantee warranty because that was not installed by company technician. This guy SAJAL HAZRA SHOPKEEPER IS A FRAUD. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM

Worst service ever I seen, while selling they do big promises after installation your machine will be down most of the time, and after giving service for few months they run away, their number will not be reachable and poor and lier technician will not pick up the phone, when we call them from different number he picks up and say owner has ran away, so now if you want service pay 1000 or more as per his choice, so basically they are doing a scam in the name of water service, they are taking heavy amount in the name machine and install the cheaper machines and then after some they gone. So your money goes to the hell . Pathetic thiefs
