LK Electronics inKolkata I bought a fridge from this place.I was told that it would bedelivered and start working thenext day. The very next day theydo deliver the fridge but it is notworking. When i call the companyi am told it will take 48 hoursbefore a technician can be sentacross. Now i am stuck with afridge which is not working and ihavent heard from the customercare from either croma or thefridge company. Pathetic afterservices!!
