Writing a review after experiencing misbehavior by Rashid the Store Manager. Mr. Rashid, a very rough and careless gentleman calls me and just says, he cannot help with this and I should talk to Avez only and when I tell him about my experience he disconnects the call. I call him back and he doesn't answer. Then I leave him a message. No response. After 4 days, to avoid a negative vibration, I give him another opportunity and call him. He answers, and make him recall our conversation 4 days ago. Suddenly he becomes defensive and says, "I don't want to say anything and cannot help" and asks me to reach Avez. So, I tell him why in first place this didn't work, upon which AGAIN MR RASHID DISCONNECTS THE CALL ON MY FACE. This was enough. I again called twice and also left him a sms to ensure Mr Rashid gets a chance to clarify BUT HE SEEMS TO BE QUITE UNPROFESSIONAL in his approach and never acknowledged back till this date.
