Please see the 1 star rating first Because this is only true here. - Shop person are demanding 5 star rating to the customers to and put good comments and seeing the comments what they are typing. Really don't ever waste your money in Viveks. Please read fully before your purchase products here. I couldn't able to give 0 ratings here. I purchased AC on 16th April2022. But they didn't deliver me even after 1st May. I called them continuously but they are wantedly not picking my call.And saying cancel the order after 25 days of purchase. I asked for refund. They said it will be initiated and given to you in 2 days. But it is 10day gone still they didn't give me the cheque for refund. My EMI for the first month has due today. I have to pay the money now. They are saying the cheque is ready long back. But there is no person to collect the cheque from head office. I have to pay?1000 extra to bank now without getting the product. I asked the same to Viveks to pay me but they refused to pay.

Girias Avadi sells damaged products. I have been a Girias customer for more than 5 years and have purchased many products. But lately they have lost the quality of service as well started selling damaged and broken products. Lately bought a 1 ton inverter ac, Avadi Girias team inspite of knowing that the particular model was having quality issues and for the only reason that they had many pieces of this model, they convinced to purchase this model. Also they informed it will be a one day delivery, but took 15 days to deliver the ac, as they were pulling the stock from the defective lot from a different location, they were deliberately doing this to clear the damaged products stock they had. After installation on the same day the machine was not working and I have to follow up and fight with the brand company to get a replacement which took one month. Girias team did not help in this scenario and they were avoiding me. Please be sure before purchasing any product from Girias.

One of the worst service provider. They don't know the meaning of service or courtesy. We need to call them 100 times to get a service done, they will not even call back. Don't waste your money please.

Bought OGENERAL 1.5T split AC, along with stabilizer, from ths AQUA AIRCON. They were very helpful in suggesting the brands and models. Correct price. Hassle-free. Exclusive AC multi brand showroom. Got the AC installed within the next day of payment. No headaches. Looking forward to their promised service in the future. Would definitely suggest/refer this place to buy AC.
