Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Please be careful this is a cheating agent. I was looking for a new sofa when people from lucky furniture now known as Ayan Furniture came to my home, his name was Md Altamas Ali he took all the measurements and then took 12000 advance from me but never ever picked my phone. I lost 12000, they cheated me. I have lodged a FIR complaint again him. They are fraud, please be careful. This is a scam please don't fall in their trap. Iam also attaching the bill which they gave me for reference, see how they cheat.

As you told sir you give me advance and I was done your work .Just because you didn't give us such a time as we need that much to make a sofa and also you didnt understand the situation also. So I was return back the advance to you.
