My 5 seater LAWSON sofa set is damaged in the center but all contact numbers are disabled and justdial shows showroom closed. One person who delivered the sofa is not responding the call. Looks like cheating..

Very worst. I bought a sofa jan 2017. After six months the sofa damaged. We called 4 times for service. Now all the phone no s are not working. I spent 38000/- It was lost.

Bought a red sandalwood cot recently at guindy majestic store. product not satisfactory. Poor customer service ,no bill given for coffee table even after making many calls. The wooden cot was brought home with lot of dust on it and they didn't bother to clean it till asked.The plywood which is in two pieces is of different colours and one has oil stains on it. Cot makes noise when u sit.cot doesn't look strong and will not last long .Even the glass on the coffee table is so dirty and I had to clean it continuously for 3 days to make it look good. I called them many times to send some one to deal with the problems but no one turned up and false promises.

From this dealer, I have purchased a wooden office table and side table. They offered at the cost of Rs.12,500. Quality was good and I am glad to take service from these people.<br/>
