installed CCTV cameras from them. rates were already high but I was assured quality after sales service. However, one month from installation there were issues with DVR or Camera. Minimum 100-150 follow-ups are required to this office. They outsource the service with local electricians. Poor customer service. Their office staff doesn't know the contact number of their supervisors. this is not a grudge customer but one who has suffered by this service. I strongly request you to look for other genuine reputed providers. Mr. Ajay Nalawade requires you to followup for 300 times before he can commit a date for resolution. Such providers should be dragged in consumer court.
