I have taken the service Monali Home Appliances Old Padra Road, Vadodara. I am looking for repair My brand Samsung refrigerator is not working due to the cooling issue. So we have called to this service center for repairing work. They have arranged a technician for service and they have fixed the issue. They have charged Rs 4000 which is not a valuable price for this work. They charged me to much amount.

Very pathetic service. Irresponsible people. Doesn't respont to calls. Got my cooler repaired from them, after changing motor it stopped working a day after. After multiple calls service man came again to check the issue, during checking spolit my whole cooler. Now cooler stopped working which was in perfect working condition before i approached these guyz, except motor (which had to be checked). Now after multiple calls they stopped reponding. They say they will come in some time but never came.

I got very good service from Monali Home Appliances Vadodara Industrial Estate, Vadodara. I am searching for my Air cooler repair & services. So I have called to this vendor and I got a quick response from them. they had sent a technician to fix my issue.they have checked and said motor got damage .they have replaced the motor and its working fine for this service they have charged Rs. 2600. I am satisfied with the response which is given by the vendor.

Good service provided by Monali Home appliances, Approached them for my LG convection microwave Sound issue, they have given me a prompt response. Two technicians came and check the issue, they told need to change some magnet spare in the machine. Then they changed the spare immediately. Now the machine is working fine. They charged Rs.1750 for spares including service charge. Overall I'm happy with their service done.

I repaired my refrigerator through Ambika Refrigeration,Gotri. Technician came and checked. He did the gas refilling and now my refrigerator is working fine. He charged Rs 550 for this service. I am happy with the service.
