I have paid for 50 persons tea at 5.00 PM but last minute they did too much hurry n we forgot for tea. We have paid for SELFIE point but after fighting they provide same but other one which we have not selected. We have booked hall upto 5.00 PM but they started to packup around 4.30PM and around 4.45 PM they bring all our person out of hall. They promise for plate decoration with real flower for Bride & Groom and last movment they denied for same. They promise to serve starter, but we have to fight for same. For every thing we have to ask for them, there was too much missmanagement

Food quality is bad. Catering service is worst. Staff is unprofessional. Management is bad & misleading. Didn't live up to their commitments. Flower shower was committed and charged but cancelled on the day of the wedding. We were committed ceramic plates for dessert but were served cheap plastic plates on that day. The mandap was not removed promptly after the wedding, as committed. The groom had to personally come & request management to do so. Guests were given only 1 piece of sweet and the management had not informed this earlier. Chairs were not arranged for the guests. Management asks for full payment before the event & then fails you. Don't risk your reputation. Would not recommend at all.

I have book this hall on 21 February. Food is tasteless,no service at all, no managing skills, starter quantity is also very less. They dont know how to manage.. Also many items are not fresh, smelly, unhygienic... This hall will make you fall your reputation....This hall is just hopeless.. We have to take our guest to hotel for dinner.. Dont you ever book this hall, within a week you will be in hospital. If rating was in minus i will give it -100

Worst place to keep you function. Please dont opt for this hall it will cost your reputation fall down in front of your guest. They have poor quality and stale food. During tasting food they will make you taste very tasty food but once the function started they served spoiled food and bad quality food. Also the electricity got disconnected between the function. No management. The rooms provided for bride n groom during night it gets leakaged and u have to sit in that room with water continously dropping kn your head with all your expensive things around. If the rating star had zero also i could have given because they spoiled our reputation infront of our guest which was 700 people by serving stale food in my sister's wedding.
