Mayuri - Crystal Beauty Parlour Kharghar Mumbai

The staff was completely unprofessional and did not even have basic manners of how to talk to people. Was trying this place for the first time after buying a complete package on discount. They treated us like they were doing us a favor and like we were getting the services for free. I had booked an appointment for 2 people. When we reached there they said that they can only take one of us. After that they washed my mother's hair with freezing water and when asked to use hot water, they made faces and started yelling at us saying that they don't have hot water and that they use cold water for all their clients, nobody else complains and we shouldn't either. Except for the fact that my mother is over 50 and gets sick when you know she washes her hair with cold water in the middle of winter. After a shouting match, we left and didn't not even bother completing the rest of beauty package. And to think we bough 3 packages from them. Waste of time and money. Don't bother!

Recently I have been to this beauty parlor for facial. Their service was really good and they were very skill full .They charged me reasonable. I am satisfied as they rendered service.
