Worst behavior - comment in front of the customer itself . no proper information communicated. they only pass the bug - no one takes ownership. I had shopped for over 60,000 only in the women's Hi- style in spite of this the response was pathetic. i would rather give minus and not 1 to the rating.

The T-Nagar store has a landline number which is out of order for the last six months. Lethargic staff and irresponsible backend staff. Never shopping with west side has been a good experience due to uneducated and non trained manpower. The leadership is of no use as nobody is has the attitude to find solution to the customer issue. Such a valued organization is TATA and we love the brand but the entire team in Chennai is hopeless and has bad attitude towards customer satisfaction. It’s time to look in to issues or the options are plenty in the market. Infact the so called corporate companies take care of the employees but the employees come for salary alone . It’s the cascade effect starting from an ineffective and unqualified leadership

Recently I purchased Narayantpeth saree from Prashantisarees from their website online. The quality of the product is extremely bad and there is no return or refund option available. The option is, you can exchange the bad quality saree for their another bad quality saree at your own postal cost within first seven days of delivery. Please do not buy from Prashantsarees. Very bad experience.

Not recommended to deal with this shop. After taking money will not deliver products.She will give some excuses and delay indefinitely. Will not refund the money also. Often changes the name of the Instagram account as well.Beware and don't get cheated

I highly do not recommend their service. As they take the money and don't send the promised products. I have been after them for a refund for 4 months and the owner Vijayalakshmi comes up with excuses. Please stay away from this brand and its services. Also check their google reviews.
