I have one Hitachi Window AC not working issue for which I contacted MK Air Conditioning, Perambur. The technician came to my house checked the AC and informed that some spares should be changed for which the cost will be Rs 4500, but even after the service also the problem may be there since it is an old AC.So he was insisting to buy a new AC. I informed him that I will do it later. He charged me Rs 250 as the service charge. I am not happy with their service, their service is average because he didn’t say any positive thing to do the service and also charged Rs 250 for ten minutes.

To service my AC not working properly, so I called this service provider. But they refilled the gas, after that I'm facing the same issue, then I contacted this service center they didn't respond. I paid 3000 for stand and gas refilling and service charge also, But AC problem was not rectified.so I am not satisfied with their service.
