MENTALLY HARRASMENT BY VIJAY SALES MANAGER Vijay Sales is a brand name and people trust upon the name but it seems good to see when we come to on ground , it's very pathetic. I have bought one laptop from Vijay sales RDC branch Ghaziabad on Sunday 21.03.2021. Everything seems good until my son start working on it. My son use to take online classes over laptop. We have fully charged that laptop on Sunday night and when my son switched it on next morning , he was shocked coz battery drained out to 67% itself after got it shut off properly last night. And once he started take class in every 20 minutes battery drained out rapidly. He described all the incident to us , we thought might be possible it's a new laptop may take time to respond but next morning that incident took place again. My child start taking class online and what he found battary drained out again rapidly after charged 100% it gives only 2 hours and 16 minutes backup only. Truly dishonest shop owners. First they sell faulty products without providing receipts for customers, then they refuse for the replacement saying that there is no proof that this product was sold by them. Never go to this shop.
