This company is a scam. Do not go for this. 3 months back I set up th internet connection and specifically asked them if they will provide GST number, since I need that to get reimbursed from office. And the lady I spoke to said that they will provide. And only upon confirmation from her, I asked them to set up the connection. And 3 months down the lane, when I call them today and ask for GST number, she says she cannot provide it since I need to opt for commercial plan. I already told her that I checked with her if I will get GST number with my current plan & she said YES. And they are denying it now. I am going to barge into their office now and get it back at any cost.They cannot get away with this fraud. I am also going to every other online platform and posting a review so people are aware of what kind of fraudulent practice they are running and scamming people. Please do not opt for this company. Am not letting them get away with this scam. I am filing every possible complaint
