Very Poor Services, they stop picking up the calls once they provide you the nanny. They provided me the nanny with whom my daughter was not comfortable in six months and one day her hand got fractured when I went out for some work for few hours. The Nanny Boutique Agency asked nanny to leave the services and stopped picking my calls. They are not ready to provide details of higher ups.
