Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Very Bad Experience with your service.  I had sent my bike parcel from Vijayawada OneTown to Hyderabad Miyapur Branch. While sending the parcel we had given the two-Wheeler keys as well and the packing helper had tied the key to the two-wheeler itself and parceled the consignment. However, while receiving the two-wheeler we noticed that the key is missing. Both the Miyapur and Vijayawada managers are not responding properly and indirectly blaming each other instead of making the duplicate keys. It's been more than two days we are going to Miyapur branch for the two-wheeler and there is no progress in the delivery. They were indirectly giving indication to order duplicate key from customer side itself which is not correct. The Miyapur InCharge (Mahamood Pasha) and Vijayawada OneTown InCharge (Ashok) are so arrogant in resolving the issue. They replied saying "Do whatever you want" even though I said that I will go as per legal action. I Have not experienced such an Irresponsible ser

Safely received the rice bags from warrangal in Hyderabad through this Navata Road Transport. They delivered it on time without any damages. Very good service provided by them. Charges were nominal. I contented with their service.

In this Transport center, the service to me for within the city transport service for their service and response was very nice and they have taken from service charges at 140 only so I'm happy to take transport service from this center

Received the parcel through Navata Road Transport to Hyderabad.The charges depend upon the sizes and weight of the parcel and they responded as well. They took good care of the consignment and I'm contented with their excellent service..
