Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

They charged a hefty amount of 21k from me whereas the actual bill was 3k. I do have both the bills with me where i identified this difference. They are doing this almost every customer. Please see the attached bills, total weight and the difference. They are doing this fraud with every customer without them being aware of this. Actual bill was 3k but they charged me 21k and also they mentioned the wrong weight of my stuff and my items were transported without any insurance even after paying the insurance amount.

Fraud people... Doesn't respond once they have your material...

Extremely unprofessional service. The packers placed my furniture on the road before packing and caused damage. The shipment was insured, but the owner isn't responding for me to process it. They were polite when providing estimate. The packers were extremely slow and packed only 30% of the items in 6 hours and hadn't started loading. Despite we having personally packed about 40 boxes, they couldn't do things on time, causing my plans to shift go haywire and we had to leave behind a few things because there was not enough time or space to load. The owner hasn't refunded my damage.

I was planned for my house shifting though it was a quick decision to shift the house during the COVID. They were very cooperative. I liked the service. Below are the suggestions based on my experience for smooth shifting. 1. Clearly inform your luggage with all the items, which floor is the "from house" and "to house". Whether the lift is available. 2. The staircase is narrow or wider enough to carry all the items. 3. Make sure you have fewer food items that can spoil quickly in the kitchen to reduce the packing time. 4. Make sure to pack oil, liquids to put in separate boxes or don't carry them. 5. Stick big papers marking "GLASS" on the fragile boxes on your own. They might forget and put wights on them. 6. Make sure you negotiate the price in advance. 7. Give some money for the labor for tea or breakfast as the whole process takes half-day for a big house. It makes anyone tired. 8. You can take the insurance for your luggage. It is completely optional. I didn't opt.

Had a good experience. He responds very well when any issue happens. The workers also handled the furniture very well. Quiet satisfied with the service.

Cost and quality are in match. Just go ahead with their services and feel the difference.
