A very unprofessional & pathetic service provider.<br/>I had booked a non AC bus from nashik to mumbai and back on 9th Aug and 19th Aug 16 respectively for a pax of 50 persons.<br/>For the same i had made the complete payment of Rs 35,000 (Thirty Five Thousand Rupees Only) in advance to Mr Pramod Ponj the owner of Nidhi Tours and Travels before the commencement of the journey and an agreement was also made that Mr Pramod Ponj will return the toll tax amount for one way from Nashik to Mumbai after the completion of the journey, as the same was bourne by me and my team.<br/>Also the bus provided was a 49 seater and not 50 seater which was my requirement.<br/>I had contacted him personally a number of times but with no positive outcome.<br/><br/>A very unprofessional & pathetic service provider.<br/><br/>running short of words otherwise would have written rest of my experience also.

Booked a train ticket from this travel agent within the nashik city . The ticket fare was moderate for 4 tickets. They sent the ticket on the same day of the payment. We enjoyed lot in this trip . I am happy with this travel agent.
