Excellent service from "Nirmala Septic Tank Cleaners, Gachibowli " I approached them to clean the blocked drainage. They responded very quickly and sent 2 people on time. They found that my bathroom sink got blocked and they just cleaned perfectly. They were very active and they didn't waste the time and completed the service within 2 hours. I paid them Rs. 1000 for their prompt service

On phone they agreed for 2500/- for cleaning the drainage blockage for my 2BHK home. After inspecting the 3 man holes, they raised the price to 7500/-. They are claiming that because of 3 man holes they area charging 7500. After opening the man holes, in the middle of the work they stopped and asked for more money. It is really a very very bad. For simple 30min work, they charged 7500/-. Please don't ever hire these guys for services. Initially they were telling reasonable money over phone and asking more money for completing the work at home.

I was contacted by Mr. Ravi Nayak Septic tank cleaners. Since the problem was small i requested him to first visit the place & analyse the problem, for which he accepted my request. He further informed me that Mr. Somu nayak will attend the issue after visiting the House for which i need to pay 100/-, According to the conversation if septic tank vehicle is used to clean he would charge 2000/- & if persons will clean he would charge 1200/-. But Mr.somu visited the next day along with vehicle , cleaned the blocks in drainage using vehicle and charged Rs. 3000/- & also took 200/- for visiting. Unaware of the price fixed , my family has payed him the total amount of Rs. 3200/- while i was away for work. To my surprise, Mr. Somu insisted my mom not to inform me about the charges paid. Finally i was informed about the extra charges &i further informed Mr. Ravi Nayak.he promised to sought out the issue but 1 day passed & no further update from him.tried to call him but no response.Badservice
