Mr Anand Visited our place on 22nd June around 7:30pm, after taking all measurements he asked for our email address and told that by 23rd June around 10 AM he is going to share drawing with us and we can confirm if any change is required to be also be done by sending an email.(1st Commitment) When we have not received the drawing on 23rd June till 12pm, we called Mr Anand and he again told us that he is on the way within an hour he is sharing the drawing with us.(2nd Commitment) we called at your landline number and spoke to lady Ms Anita, then she told us that this is against the company policy we cannot share the drawing on email as customer take drawing and then never come back Just to clear you on this - (MAM we want to modular kitchen NOT drawings - if we only have to take drawing then same is available on internet she is not ready to accept her fault that expectations were set by their executive and they are having many customers & hangup the phone Worst, pathetic experience

don't understand, how come the below mentioned persons have given pretty good rating to Dreamz Kitchen & Wardrobe, however their workers lack knowledge and were really unprofessional in their approach. We have got our kitchen made from them and it was our biggest mistake to choose them to get the work done. They have not completed kitchen till date even after full payment. Every day the workers came late, i need to call them every morning to remind them to come on time and every day a new excuse was given. The work they have done was also below average and not so good. Also three days after completion, one of the handles broke down, have called them several times to repair it, but not to avail no one came till date and the owner just make fake promises to send the worker to get it repaired some day. It was the BIGGEST MISTAKE of ours hiring them for kitchen work. I would NOT Recommend any one to hire them for any wor

We were renovating our home in Sector-3 and were looking for a Modular Kitchen supplier who would be affordable and provide us ‘exactly’ what we need. We checked with 3 other companies in Faridabad before finalizing with WoodKraft. We were little hesitant in the beginning as someone told us that this is a new company. But this is not the case actually. They have been operating in Noida since many years. We even went to two of their sites in Noida to verify that. We wanted an open kitchen and needed something very exquisite to match with the décor of our living/dining room. They gave us many options with each and every minor detail to match our requirements. It took us almost 3 weeks to finalize the design with them and they were never annoyed to attend to our queries. They provided us with the drawings and quotation which was very reasonable in comparison to other companies we checked earlier. We are completely satisfied with their services so far and would recommend them anytime.
