Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I regret to inform you that my experience with Ocean Logistic Support was less than satisfactory. There was a distinct lack of initial instructions, and communication was challenging, as they were often unresponsive to inquiries. Furthermore, the handling of my shipment left much to be desired, as it was not treated with the utmost care. Additionally, the absence of an online tracking system was inconvenient, and their pricing structure seemed rather high compared to market standards. Lastly, their location proved to be difficult to find, compounded by accessibility issues that hindered ease of access.

Terrible service... everything good that you see in the reviews are fake ...it's the worst packers and movers service. They damaged my new bike and all of its electronics. There were lots of other stuff on the bike at the warehouse
