CCTV Camera Repair & Maintenance

I installed CCTV from this person on October 2020 and my camera not working properly, I reached out to this person for service, he told me that since he is out of station. I waited for about a month now and today he says to get service from some other persons since he is very far away and also he said charges will apply. It?s not even 6 months and I landed in trouble. It?s up to you guys whether to go with him or not. Now am calling some other technician for this.
