Worst experience, they committed to send me spectacles by Monday as I ordered on Sunday ..till date I haven't received..And when I did follow up on daily basis they mentioned false commitment again that specs will be delivered by Today. I haven't received specs yet and they r not even refunding my money. My mistake is I ahve done advance payment and they don't understand the seriousness of specs for customer having high power and when I clearly mentioned before buying that I need it on urgent basis...shame on Tata group for providing such a worst customer service..

I BOUGHT GREEN COLOURED LENSES FOR MY DAUGHTER BUT AFTER WEARING SHE COMPLAINED OF BLURNESS IN VISION AND THAT SHE COULD SEE THE OUTER GREEN COLOUR.I BROUGHT THIS TO THEIR NOTICE BUT PEOPLE OVER THERE WERE NOT READY TO ACCEPT THAT THERE WAS A FLAW IN THE PROCESS. AND THAT IT WAS QUITE OK TO SEE THE SURROUNDING COLOUR. THEY WERE NOT EVENREADY TO CHECK THE LENSES AGAIN AND SHOWED THEIR ABILITY TO DO ANY THING FURTHER SO IN SHORT MONEY ONCE PAID, FORGET IT.
