Liars. Cheaters. Do not offer even half the speed you ended up paying for. Complaints get answered with "Ok, we'll send someone over". This happens every time. Nobody comes over. Write them an email with the screen shot of the results from speedtest.net They have made the settings so that email goes straight to trash. No action. The nodal officer is always out and can't help. Choose another ISP if there is a choice is my sincere advice.

onces your internet is installed and setup then you will have no problem till then u will have to call them 10 times and remind them that you have paid the advance from 10 days still ur connection

Wish there could be some -ve ratings available so that I would have gone with the -ve stars for #Orange #infocom.<br/><br/>Worst customer support ever found. No professionalism in the staff, very bad customer support. Better to use 2G mobile-data than this.
