Dr. Humayan Ali is a very bad ortho doctor. He did surgery of my broken knee (patella) in January 2021 and this is February 2022 and I am still suffering with pain. Do not go to this doctor, he misbehaved with me because I told him that my knee pain is still there.

Money minded Dr. He made a simple fracture of mine look like big issue. I met him at Apollo, he said he can do the casting at his private chamber only. I asked the Apollo guys to suggest an alternate dr and then he said he will have a soft bandage done and I shd go to his clinic after 5 days fr proper casting and the he asked me to pay the guy who did the bandage. The guy charged me 300 rs without a receipt and even the material was mine. After 3 days, I called the dr complaining abt the pain. He told me tht he informed me already tht I had to come to his clinic fr a soft bandage pay 1000 rs more and then come after 5 says for a proper casting. It left me scratching my head, why did I pay 1000 rs for his consultaion at Apollo and 300 to his guy for a bandage if everything had to be done at his clinic only. I immediatly went to another dr outside who looked at my xray and said its a simple fracture and did a proper plaster immddiately. Dr Mukhergee wud hv made me pay 10000 rs. Shame

Hello everyone, Trust me Dr Saumitra Sircar is gem of a surgeon. I have already done my ACL surgery and my mother's knee replacement surgery under his care and expertise. I am also planning to take his opinion in case of any further problems or my injuries. My rehabilitation and recovery was excellent and the surgery was very successful because of his guidance, expertise and personal care. I am an amateur athlete who received tremendous support from my Dr Sircar's side during my pre and post-operative period so that I can recover and get back to my training as fast and safe as possible. I highly recommend him to any general patient or athlete because of his experience, behaviour, personal care and support and benevolent behaviour.
