Service Not Up to the Mark!, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I took admission in this classes for Banking, SSC and Railway in the month of June, 2023 and i was charged the fee and said if you want to avail the installment feature then you gotta pay additional 5,000 but i anyways paid him the fee and the additional 5k. And months pass and they only took the lectures for banking and the notes that i received was only of banking the courses in their mobile application only consider banking (SSC and Railway were not yet unlock) . So in the month of December 2023, I tried requesting the owner and mentor to provide me with the lectures for SSC but he told me "we will arrange something" but months went by and in January 2024 even the Lectures of Banking were dismissed. I kept asking him to provide me the lectures be he said the same thing every time and finally in April 24, I decided to join another classes for a good facility and when I ask him to charge me an average banking fee give me the rest he refused to pay me back

I have Came here before 3 months ago and experienced a good teaching from Sudesh Sir and other Faculties. They also solve the doubts of the students in class and they teach in good environment and share the knowledge with the students which they developed the skills. They provide books also and take the Test whenever necessary and students are very interactive with each other
