My wife, daughter and myself cannot say enough about how wonderful a trip we had, how great this travel company - in particular our travel agent was from the beginning of our interest in the tour, helping us develop a fascinating and thorough schedule and, what was really impressive, was staying in touch with us throughout the journey to ensure we were doing ok. My wife and I have traveled the world both on business and pleasure and our 8 year old daughter, adopted at 13 months from China, has been now to 19 countries all over Europe and the Caribbean. We routinely stay at 5 star hotels and have used travel agencies before. But our travel company was by far...the best we have been with. And I can say unequivocally that this was due to our agent and the team he developed and had worked with us. All of the guides we worked with were terrific. As we have told others who have asked us about the trip, that it exceeded in so many ways our expectations: travel was super, food was great - all types of great food from throughout the world, English was not a problem, the hotels meet or exceed international standards both in quality and hospitality, safety is not a problem, and the countries/cities themselves are unbelievable...well beyond our expectations having not traveled there in decades (I'm a Vietnam vet...very different back then) and my wife, having visited Hanoi on business several years ago...definitely wanted to go back.

I was looking for Car rental services, took service from this Panchi Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd., Palam Colony business person to travel Outstation Vehicle rental service for only one day, they approached me nicely & I got a good response from them as well as the Vehicle condition also perfect for what I expected. The car which has booked Innova crystal, they charged me Reasonable for rental services I am satisfied.

Wonderful experience in hiring a Car for outstation trips from this Travels. The trip was safe and comfortable too, the car was very good in condition.They charged me a nominal amount I paid 38000 for 9 days trip. Overall I got an outstanding service from this tours and travels.

Fraud Travel agency. Actually they will make you fool with their Unprofessional chicanery with you. Even they will rebuff or threat to cancel the trip at the eleventh hour.

First of all don't go with Rating, I think this guys arranging fake ratings. They will quote a best rate but there must be so many hidden cost and you have to pay more money than your estimation during trip.
