We stay in Vijayawada. Bought 2 Mitashi 5 star rated 1.5 ton AC on March 4th. After installation one of the Ac is not cooling. Raised multiple requests, the requests are going to this dealer. However no action being taken. Contacted the service person's number in Vijayawada, who keeps saying he will come and rectify. Finally last week a personnel came, said there is gas leakage, and that we will have to pay charges to rectify even though it brand new. We agreed to that. Yet no person came. Contacted the Mitashi manager in Vijayawada, who promised to get this sorted, again no action. It's now 1.5 months, we are suffering in the sweltering heat, after paying a ton of money for a machine that doesn't work. Service is pathetic. Would advise buyers caution before buying this brand. Don't keep giving customer empty promises.... worst service
