Ved Prakashji is excellent Yoga trainer. We are getting online classes from him and our classes are very much seamless that we never feel he is not physically with us. He is very punctual and is motivational too. Once he starts speaking, we feel to hear him for hours. Its very good experince. He has indepth knowledge of Ayurveda and sprituality.
