We hired a caretaker for baby and also to help in household chores. They asked for Rs 15,000 per month and later increased it to Rs 18000 per month. Still she went on leave then and there. Whenever the agency lady Ramani came to ask for agreement renewal, she always used to ask to raise salary since the caretaker was related to her. The caretaker will always be using our phone. When asked about it, she just goes out for 2 hours or so saying she has to make phone call. During the later days, she will not even feed the baby on time. She will make baby eat only biscuits. But the most worst part is that she will create problems within our family members and try to gain from it. We were even afraid to buy new clothes for our kids feeling that she would ask for loan or more money.

Very worst Service, Ramani is a fraud lady, she has two ladies with her Shanthi and Malar, these two will go to customer places and they will get their service fees, Ramani will give commission to these ladies, they will not come to work, will tell more lies, daily for them some death will happen, character wise also not so good maids, 24 hours they will be on phone, they all plan and trap people for their fees, worst consultancy, beaware

We had a lady for cooking and maid services. Her name is Gandhi sent by Ramani. She left within 3 months after learning all kinds of work. Lot of lies and till date no replacement...please do not go for this agency... They send untrained people and send them elsewhere within 6 months for the commission

Most cunning people around! They gave us a maid exactly for 3 months and she went back stating that she was unwell! When we asked her to send a replacement, they kept postponing. And now we have to search for another agency! Absolute money making tactics

Worst lady managing the consultancy. She is full of lies and cheating attitude. They send people only for 2 months for commission after that no matter how good you take care they leave. If I ask the maid why they are going.she said she already informed agency while joining.. Never ever go to this consultancy.

This is the worst agency I have ever come across.. I opted for cook and maid services.. They charged me 10000 and gave a maid. She was doing OK but she was fully intervening in our family matters. Her name is Keerthana and she will be like big goose. Lazy fellow everytime we have to give orders for her to do the work. And she is a well game player. Suddenly she said she want to go to native and left and after that they sent another maid named Selvarani.. She is a big fraud and thief.. She stolen all my jewels and all my important things I left in my home.. She never knew to cook as well don't know to do any work. I was teaching her from the start and her character is also not good. Please if anyone appointed this worst lady for your needs means please beware. When we are not in home this girl will call her boyfriend and do all illegal activities. Beware of this chunk. Totally worst service rendered by the lady Ramani. Only concerned about money. Not about the service. Worst people

One of the useless services ever I seen. Don't opt for this consultancy. I requested on Maid 2 week before, whenever I call her, she will say 'I'm coming tomorrow' Like that 15 tomorrow gone. The worst part is still she doesn't even know my name.

Please look for some better man power agencies for your requirements becuz the in charge never provide the right maid for ur needs. Every time you need to call them asking for a maid, in our case even for the first time they faked us!!!!!! Where as other agencies provide a good maid atleast for the first few months. From the day 1 we are calling the incharge to get the right maid but even after 5 months we have not heard anything other than their promise of sending maids. They sent few temporary maids and all were looking only for the salary but they never did what they were supposed to do. We are now exhausted calling the agency incharge so we decided to give up :( we paid 10000 for their awestruck service :'(

i have approached this agency for cook for my residence, they have charged Rs. 8000/- and sent the person. for the last one month she is cooking at my residence she is good. worth taking manpower from this agency
